Fall 2025 leasing Information

Large Units (2–5-bedroom apartments)

Two, three, four, and five-bedroom apartments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting January 25, 2025, at 10 a.m. in our community room. Signs will indicate how many of each type are available. We will also update the website with this information in the days leading up to the event.
On January 25, people will fill out a lease intent form and pay a $500 deposit. Credit cards are accepted with a $15 processing fee.

One Bedroom Waitlist

The waitlist for the one-bedroom apartment opens on January 30, 2025, at 9 a.m. for in-person sign-ups. Phone calls will be accepted starting at 11 a.m.
Interested parties may join the waitlist with a $100 deposit.
We will begin signing one-bedroom leases on or before February 4th, 2025

Tours

The One-Bedroom can be toured without an appointment starting January 2, 2025, Monday to Friday during office hours.
The Two-Bedroom flat will be available for tours Monday to Friday starting January 10, 2025, during office hours.

We do not plan to offer in-person tours of our larger apartments. You can find virtual tours for all floor plans on our website.

Apartment Availability & Other Details

Rates listed below are for the entire unit. The rates do not include internet, electricity, gas, renters’ insurance and parking. We do not offer furnished units.
